Provide one of the following with your order:  FACULTY CARD (dated) or  FACULTY/STAFF PAY STUB (recent)

SCHOOLS – Any state accredited school can order single-user educational licenses or lab licenses on a SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDER or PROCUREMENT CARD.
